Terms and conditions

By registering for and attending the event, you acknowledge and accept that photography and video recording may take place during the event. The organizer may use photo and video material in which you may appear for documentation and marketing purposes related to the organizer’s activities, such as on websites, social media, and in presentation materials. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform the organizer in advance or on-site during the event. Please note that use of the cloakroom is mandatory in order to enter the venue. A cloakroom fee applies and must be paid by all attendees.
